Family with children Good choice for holidays

Had a good assortment of breakfast selections with a nice hot breakfast, and the room was larger than most. The bedding was fine but I also liked that the sofa bed gave us additional space for relaxation, unlike other hotels.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable, considering the space and comfort we got.

Curiosity got me

I was impressed with the room's design during the ongoing remodeling. Ezben's dedication really stood out—he clearly takes pride in his work. With a prime location near outlet shopping, my family was well-accommodated. The breakfast could be improved, but the dark roast coffee was a nice perk! I'd definitely return for more exploring!

It was just a prime choice for a short stint in Allen with fantastic value for money. I was really impressed by how well the staff handled my lost garments. they really tried to help me locate them. If you're staying here, make sure to double-check your room for any personal items before leaving.

I stayed for a night and really liked the location—super close to the Allen outlets! The King room was spacious with a nice big bathroom. Breakfast was decent, could be better though. One bummer was that the windows didn’t open. At least the AC wasn't too noisy. The snack bar was a nice bonus too!

I experienced a frustrating check-in process that took over two hours, compounded by an air conditioning system that didn’t work in the first room. When I finally got to the second room, I struggled with dark shades that wouldn't lower, requiring yet another move. The absence of a lamp for reading on the table didn’t help either. I had initially requested a handicap bathroom, but only the first room accommodated that, even though it was uncomfortably warm. The repeated room changes added significant strain to an already tiring travel day.
